AVON HOTEL, CO

Prepared design and entitlement approval for new 100,000 SF hotel (142 rooms) and four story condo structure in Avon, Colorado.  Hotel designed to include three retail spaces, as well as breakfast and lounge accommodations for hotel guests.  The hotel is located on the Pedestrian Mall running through the Town of Avon, and is walking distance to the Gondola at Beaver Creek Ski Resort.  Construction is anticipated to start in 2019.
