L3 Technologies is a 462,000 SF facility (4 building campus)

Recently, we have completed a 100,000 SF tenant improvement to provide new offices, electronic testing labs, and manufacturing facilities as a re-consolidation of two large developments.  These improvements were completed in unoccupied office and manufacturing space within their facility.  Construction drawings for this tenant improvement were completed in a four month span with construction starting on phase one, two months after our efforts began.  Construction for the two phases were completed within a total of six months.  Work included new RTO equipment, paint booth, labs, toilet rooms, cafeteria, lobby, reception area, waiting area, and mail box.  Our team also provided new designs for campus mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gases, and ICW systems.

 

Lab and Office for Building 231

  • Project Team: CEDG and KSG
  • New 40,000 SF lab and office in existing building (231 1st floor).  Scope of work included ADA restroom upgrade, mechanical, plumbing, and lighting.  Project also incorporated new landscaping and path of travel from parking area to the building.

  • New 60,000 SF lab and office in existing building (232 4th floor).  Scope of work included ADA restroom upgrade, mechanical, plumbing, and lighting.  Project also incorporated new landscaping and path of travel from parking area to the building.

 

Lobby for Building 232

  • Project Team: CEDG and KSG
  • New 700 SF lobby addition to existing building (232) to create a separate, formal entrance for other tenants in the building.  Scope of work included ADA restroom upgrade, and new reception area, waiting area, and mailbox area.  Project also incorporated new landscaping and corridor upgrade with new ceiling and light fixtures.
