2,660 SF restaurant/bar located at the Elevon retail complex in El Segundo. The building contains a full service kitchen, including a small bakery/take-out area, a sit down restaurant, and a full service bar with an outdoor patio. The building’s existing shell and patio were complete, and our office designed the built out interior space. We collaborated with food service consultants to design the interiors to meet health department specifications and code requirements. In addition, we worked hand in hand with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing consultants to design the best possible interior space. Currently under construction.
Torrance, CA
2,283 SF interior remodel of an existing office space in Torrance. The space has now been designed with a full-service kitchen, including a small bakery/take-out area and a sit down dining area.
