Mr. James Fortunes brings over 40 years of architectural experience to the firm. He has designed multiple educational facilities for various school districts throughout southern California, including two new elementary schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mr. Fortunes is knowledgeable in programming, design, preparation and coordination of construction documents, cost estimates, plan check, and construction support services. He also has experience in working with state agencies such as City of Los Angeles, Long Beach, Torrance, Division of the State Architect (DSA), State Fire Marshall (SFM), Office of Public-School Construction (OPSC), and California Department of Education (CDE).
