A numerous amount of lab + office remodels at The Aerospace Corporation:

Lobby and Building Core

• Project Team: CEDG + Gausmann and Moore

• Tenant improvement and expansion for a few buildings on the aerospace campus.  Work included offices, labs, lobbies, new accessible restrooms, parking, break room, and lounge.  This project involved the expansion of an existing lobby, adding 512 SF, and incorporated new hardscape and landscape.  We also updated finishes to the entire building, which is approximately 126,700 SF.  The existing hallways received new lighting, ceiling tiles, carpet, base, paint, doors, and hardware.

Mechanical Replacement/Upgrades

• Project Team: GOSS (GEI)+ CEDG, RBE, KSG + Gausmann and Moore

Restroom Upgrade

• ADA Accessible Upgrade to meet current Title 24.
